Okay so I need your help ASAP (as the title implies),
I'm making a vegan dinner for my heavy non-vegan meat eating family an need to know where I can buy a vegan egg replacer in Perth (preferably in Coles or Woolworths as I don't live in on near the city, I live near Victoria Park). I also need to know if anyone knows a good vegan berry sorbet recipe (not involving an ice cream maker as I don't have one) and a nice, easy and quick bread recipe!!

Thanks in advance for your help!!
Sally

Orgran Egg Replacer can be bought at Coles. Instructions are on the back of the box. It's pretty good and very straightforward, but sometimes I've found that if I'm making multiple 'eggs' at the one time, I have to add extra water.

The Weis Summer Berry sorbet is vegan, and can be bought at Coles and Woolworths.

As for bread, most breads are already vegan, but if you want to bake your own, just look up a recipe on the internet, most of the online recipes are also vegan.

http://www.nytimes.com/2006/11/08/dining/081mrex.html This recipe is great, I either mix in dried apricots, almonds, raisins and dried figs or sundried tomatoes and olives and served with olive oil. It's great!

rave/rāv/Verb: Talk wildly or incoherently, as if one were delirious or insane.

Therefore a rave review would mean her meat eating family would talk wildy about how awesome the vegan food they just ate was. wink
