Yup, this is my go-to egg replacer. I use this in everything from sweet baked goodies, to savoury vegie slices. I lurve them!!! I tend to use Organic Golden Flaxseeds, wizz them up in my Thermomix for 10secs on Turbo (or until they're powder) and mix with 75degC water and let stand for 10mins.
I've only not used this once, when my Thermomix was cooking something (poor planning on my part), then I had to use the "no egg" replacer (which I only have for emergencies like this one).
Highly, highly recommended!!!!! I used flax-eggs instead of pumpkin puree, apple puree, banana puree......... You can't taste it, but you're getting a bit of extra goodness
