Hey guys,

Sanitarium is giving away FREE cookbooks atm called "Health and Happiness" if your interested. I have a few of their previous free ones and they are awesome ecstatic
The recipes are all vegetarian and could easily be altered to be made vegan.

Here's the link if you want to order one -

I'm pretty sure they are available to all states of Australia.
Mine should be arriving in the mail soon happy

Hey, thanks for your post!

One thing with Sanitarium though is I wish that they had more products that were suitable for vegans. A lot of their vege delights range seems to have a token bit of egg white. I have just written them a nice email reminding them that there are vegans out there that would love to be able to increase Sanitarium's sales happy
If anyone else finds this frustrating please fill out their online contact form too!

thanks ill email them too. yes its sad they have egg white in their vege foods.
bee they could easily make more sales using egg replacer or other combining ingredients.

such a shame
