You are all talking in a very self confirming way and have sidestepped every point I've raised.
Kinda helps when the points you make are somewhat valid. I agree, we're all on the same page, but you do realise everyone here does their thing for their own reasons, as you undoubtedly do?

If people want to ditch animals from their diets to clear their conscience, that's fine. If it's for religious reasons, that's dandy too. Or if you've got some elaborately postulated reason for your dietary choices, good luck to you! And when the outcome is the same, no one single reason is better than another. Ends, folks... not means to the ends.

Peace.

i never wanted to eat meat as a kid but had to then when i gre up i ate it just because i was raised to it but now a little to late in life ive made the discision to stop
how ever my family all still eat meat my grandson however has a unique way of looking at it he thinks they only get eaten after they die from old age maby if you really have to eat them that would be the way to do it peace

I will throw a quick 2 cents in here. I live across the river from a sale yard and every Monday night they load the cows. Not every farm is horrible, but every Monday night horrible or not, I am reminded that those cows know and they do not want to die. There isn't anything horrific happening in those sale yards. Animals are intelligent creatures, they know when something is wrong. Cows are herd animals, when they are sent to the sale yards they have to be separated, even that is horrible for them. Every Monday night I am reminded that cruelty or no cruelty animals will always suffer if they are used for the meat industry.
