I only ever drink cows milk in my tea/coffee for cooking I use soy milk mostly because my mother in law & sister in law can't have dairy. I dislike the taste of So Good soy milk in tea/on its own and as such was wondering what everyone's favourite non-dairy milk is and why?

Any responses would be greatly appreciated - the only two things that I'm finding substitutes for is milk and cheese. I'll be buying some Notzarella once I get paid to try (I've tried tofutti brand cheese and really disliked the after taste).

thanks in advance happy

I use different non-dairy milks for different things, if you are looking for a fattier tasting milk (like full cream dairy milk) I would suggest trying something like oat milk, I found it creamier than soy milk. A lot of people really love almond milk too, so maybe give that a try.

Thumbs up for Vitasoy Soy Milky, but I don't like the regular one, I like the "Lite". Really light flavour and doesn't over power ecstatic

I like rice milk when making a hot chocolate, 'bonsoy' in coffee is awesome, can't tell the difference, can only buy it wholesale though as far as I know, the better cafes use it.  With tea I'm getting use to going without milk.

There are so many different milks to choose from!

I like the sound of that Soy Milky chocolate milk though  ecstatic I tried So Good chocolate ice cream last night and it was amazing!

I might see if I can find Oat Milk in my local supermarket (they're just starting to stock more vegetarian/vegan/food intolerance friendly foods) happy

Thanks for all the replies so far I really appreciate it!

Soy. soy and soy.

Rice, oat & almond milk never work for tea and coffee with me.

I use 'Regular' Soy milk in coffee and 'Lite' in tea............ the light soy milk is too thin for coffee and the Regular a little too overpowering for tea.

Ive found the right balance....

Vitasoy, vitasoy and more vitasoy.

But I have discovered Isolabio chocolate quinoa milk recently and it is to.die.for. It's like dark chocolate flavoured milk!
