What is your favourite non-dairy milk & why?

Slowly making the switch to veganism and milk is next on my list of things..

Any brand of almond milk. It is just plain delicious. I use it in my coffee, cereal, baking, etc. It just has a nice subtly sweet, almond taste that just goes perfectly with everything!

My favourite for milkshakes and hot drinks and things is Soy Milky too, though i love just normal Vitasoy soy milk too. They are both creamy. But my favourite for cereal and cooking (when it doesn't need to be creamy) is Vitasoy Rice Milk. It's sweet and and less creamy.

All of the replies! Thanks to everyone who has replied happy I really appreciate it!

I think I'll give that Soy Milky Lite a try and if I'm still not sold on soy milk I'll get some almond to give a go.. I literally only have milk in my tea and occasionally when I cook (although I substitute low fat coconut milk in a lot of recipes nowadays) so hoping to cut it out completely.

Cheers everyone happy

I used to use soy all the time but have swapped to oat to reduce my soy intake. I use it in cooking or with kahula!

I dont drink milk by itself & now have black coffee.

Definitely almond breeze! Soy milky is good for tea or baking, but I find it too creamy to drink.

Sanitarium Lite Soy <- not too much of a soy taste, very nutritional, makes you beast.
Goes awesome with cooking and cereals, choc milk.

Vitasoy are a good brand as well

Oat milk.

Personally I find the taste to be vastly superior to all other milk varieties, it suits well in all situations where one would traditionally use Cow's milk (including baking) and contains no funky ingredients. The only brand usually available is Vitasoy.

I prefer soy milk made from soybeans fresh from a blender. Soy milk from the market is often too creamy for my liking.
