I would need to eat alot of vegies for the nutrients I get from one piece of meat a week. Which means I would need alot more veg. I do not eat grain fed meat and I eat red meat once a week, otherwise I would have to eat fortified iron which is extremely bad for health and the bowel. Remember you are talking to someone who used to suffer from severe anaemia and I had to get injected with iron from the doctor every week.

Maybe eat more green leafy vegetables, they're a good source of iron. Vegetables are alot more guilt free than meat. I think you should seriously consider a vegan diet. There are plenty of fortified foods which you can eat, and I don't use supplements at all. I'm sure you could find a decent iron supplement which would end up costing alot less to you and the environment in the long run, rather than continuing to eat meat.
Plenty of people on this website would be glad to help, and be unbelievably supportive.

You should at least consider it.

Which is why there was an apology for the stolen generation, and which is why the australian government continues to give back 'sacred' land.

I do not eat fortified food. I am against anything unnatural. Anyway fortified iron constipates me. I was vegan and thats when I got sick, which is why I eat meat now. I used to eat plenty of spinnach and oats. I got really sick. Can't do it sorry.

See a doctor and a dietician, when there's a will there's a way.

My friend did the same thing as you, got sick and went back to being a vegetarian, then she tried again with help, she's fine and healthy now!

I dont;t do doctors and I have a naturopath who helps me with other things. She beleives in animal fat and living as natural as possible. I do not agree with unnatural sources of iron. Vegies simply do not give me enough iron. Anyway I like meat now and feel the difference when I eat it. Alot more energy and brain function.

Each to their own, I'm sure there are plenty of naturopaths who would disagree with yours.

You like meat, people on this website simply do not agree with meat consumption. We're going to just have to agree to disagree on this.
