shame but it isn't clear.. majority of the time it is about the equipment used and by traces they really mean, infinitesimal.
but other times it means there ARE constituents.. so just be sure to skim the ingredients closer and look up any you aren't certain of. ^____^. there is an e-number app, but if you type the e-number in a search engine it should tell you. like. "e120 Vegan ?"
