I know it's probably been asked a million times but does anyone know where I can get a decent (preferable cheapish) brown eyeliner that is vegan and cruelty free?
I need somewhere in store like priceline etc as if I order online it won't arrive in time. =/

Not all of FOA products are vegan. If you email them they'll send you a list of their products and indicate which ones are vegan friendly. Also check INNOXA and NATIO. I buy most of mine online as they are better quality.
