Its 4:15 am and kind of bored so thought I would start this thread to find out what music people on this forum like.

My personal favourite genre is heavy metal, but also love classical, 80's pop, hard rock (including Australian rock), AOR, 50's, 60's and 70's music, alternative, grunge, punk, amongst others. Have listed some favourite bands below, though not entirely exclusive, as the list would be far to long.

I pretty much like any song that has a good beat or is Catchy tongue

I love pretty much anything from Kpop ( Korean Pop ), Pop, Rock, Metal, Screamo too Dj Remix's, Instrumental, Cover Songs and Acoustic.

i llove the doors, jim morrison was an unbeilveable song writer, i also love billy joel, radiohead and the living end...jimmy hendrix and van morrison also

At the moment I am listening to alot of deathcore, screamo, some alternative heavy stuff.. My failsafe bands are:

I think its always good to have a love of different genres of music. I could never understand how some people like just one type. I think its important to like anything, as long as its good.

Thank you. I must confess that I have built up my love of different genres of music over the years i.e. it has only been in the last several years that I have really got into 60's and 70's music.

Damn you VegiPete - I completely forgot about Billy Joel and Van Morrison who love. Really like Radiohead and The Living End as well. And yeah, Jim Morrison was an extremely talented vocalist and song writer - way ahead of his time I think.
