A yummy (vegan) healthy chocolate smoothie!!

i love this smoothie and wanted to share! raw cocoa is high in antioxidants and muscle relaxing magnesium and chia seeds are rich in fiber and omega fatty acids. i hope you like it!!  

ingredients:
1- banana
1 cup of soy milk (or other types i personally dont find almond, oat or rice milk tasty)
1 teaspoon - 1 tablespoon of raw cocoa (depending on how rich you like it)
sweeteners add to taste: either honey, stevia or even add in some fresh dates happy
blend all together add chia seeds after (they are a b*tch) to clean haha

Not vegan, but I guess there would be someway to alter the ingredients..

1 banana
about a glass and a half of milk
about half a glass of vanilla yoghurt
squeeze of honey.

Tastes amazing!

Sounds yum!
One that I do is...

Couple spoons pea protein powder in vanilla
1 banana
Some frozen mango
Ginseng
Guarana
Cup or so of soy milk

I made this DELICIOUS smoothie with my friend for our final practical in food tec! We shared it with 2 of our other friends and we all LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
Vegan brekky smoothie:
Ingredients:
1 cupof soy milk
1/2 cup of rolled oats
1 banana (broken into chunks)
1 cup of frozen berry mix
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
1 tsp of sugar
Procedure:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend till smoothe
