i love this smoothie and wanted to share! raw cocoa is high in antioxidants and muscle relaxing magnesium and chia seeds are rich in fiber and omega fatty acids. i hope you like it!!
ingredients:
1- banana
1 cup of soy milk (or other types i personally dont find almond, oat or rice milk tasty)
1 teaspoon - 1 tablespoon of raw cocoa (depending on how rich you like it)
sweeteners add to taste: either honey, stevia or even add in some fresh dates

blend all together add chia seeds after (they are a b*tch) to clean haha
