How do you make an account. I keep clicking on the sign up button but uggh

There are a few glitches, being only 5 days old, but persevere. I joined through  FB and connected the two. Maybe try that option. Also are you on a mobile device or on a laptop? It can work on both, but I signed up on a laptop.
