If you havnt seen this already, nows the time! This is the best speech I have ever heard reguarding Animals and your health when you consume them. Truely amazing!

Yeah I have got it at home but still havn't got around to watching it. THough I have only heard good things about it.

Yeah its fantastic. Really good for spreading the word to non-vegies. Most people cant cope with lots of horrific images, so this is a great recruiting tool happy

I have already watched this speech it is worth watching. I was in the process of changing to vegetarian/vegan & it changed my mind on milk eggs & honey. I have been vegan for 1 year now. The hardest part is trying to get people to watch it.
