Hey everyone.

I've been a vegan for over 2 years now and  of course alot of the mock meats include soy,  but lately i've had soy products more than usual.
I never get acne , but recently ive gotten (more like a rash) dosnt really look like acne, on my forehead.
My question is has anyone else had similar problems to mine? Getting a reaction to it?
I've cut back on the soy for a few days now and it seems to be easing..slightly.

Any help would be appreciated, i'd like to speak to people who are vegans and CAN live without soy, cause i may cut out the soy altogether. Thanks guys happy !!!!

My mum thinks she had reactions to too much soy, but wasn't 100%, as she was also stressed at the time. She was having lots of mock meat, lots of tofu and LOTS of coffee, with soy milk.

If you can find mock meats with no soy, get those. Experiment with making your own mock meats or veggie burgers. Have more veggie meals instead of mock meat meals. Try other milks like almost, oat, rice.

There could be other factors, maybe try going with out it for a while, then having it again and seeing what happens.

Giving up soy products& processed foods was the best move I have ever done, mainly stick to a fresh food diet, it's hard to get adjusted but so worth it.
You feel lighter & more engery filled as well.

I have heaps of soy products and have lately been feeling sick
straight after having soy milk.

There are other milks but soy is the best tasting (in my opinion).

I have also heard that soy can be bad for you
so that's great if you give up soy.

P.S
Maybe i got the information that soy is bad for you from the dairy industry.
You never know these days

The Macro almond milk (Organic) is really tasty, and comes out pink! My daughter loves it because its pink haha...

I am going to cut back on  soy after reading this post, but can anyone recommend a good soy free yoghurt?

I already use soy milk, soy ice cream, and tofutti soy cream cheese... :/ too much soy!

ps. as good as the raw family seem they eat sheep's milk yoghurt and honey.. so im not sure if they're really vegan as previously thought... it pops up in some videos they say they're raw food vegans, and others they talk about granola with sheep's milk yoghurt as a favourite?!?!
