Some Greens brand cake mixes are vegan, just need to look at the packet ingredients, and obviously get the alternatives, as was mentioned: no egg, nuttelex and soy milk. If you can get hazelnut milk, that would be nice....

Ooh! I've got ideas now, lol! Hazelnut milk chai cupcakes....yum!
YUM! Hazelnut Milk Chai cupcakes sounds delicious! (:

I have some Almond Milk because I like to use it on oats and stuff so I might give that a go and I'll be sure to check the Greens stock at Woolworths when I pick up the rest of my ingredients tomorrow (: Thanks again for the awesome tip! I would have never guessed that some of their mixes were vegan haha, just like oreos all over again !

Vegan cupcakes are sooooooooooo easy, if you need help just google "chocolate vegan cupcake recipe" (or whatever flavour you are planning to do)
Do red velvet, you can get queens pillar box red food colouring (which is vegan, watch out for toppings/cochineal though because colour 120 is not vegan)
and get tofutti cream cheese to make cream cheese icing!
I like using the macro spread because it is vegan and doesn't have palm oil (plus it's cheaper than nuttlex)
you can also use banana, oil or chia seeds instead of egg replacer :p but whatever you feel comfortable with happy

We have this at work, I'm pretty sure that I'll be the only one bringing vegan treats.... but they will be awesome vegan treats! I'm not making cupcakes cause I don't like cake, but I will make brownies and anzac biccies. For me, it's about sharing how tasty veganism is happy

Purely FYI, not having a go...but all additives are tested on animals in Australia. I prefer my cakes in in varying shades of baby pooh brown  happy
