I literally just GOOGLED "How to deal with animal cruelty coping"
I'm having one of those nights after a Facebook post on a local BUY, SWAP SELL. Long story and really not important as I know most of you, if not all, will understand. It really does help, just knowing that there are compassionate people out there, passionate TO THE PLIGHT OF ANIMALS people.
It can REALLY get you down, especially when you do not have a sounding board. I sometimes feel as though I do not belong in this world. I just can't connect meaningfully with people who do not care about animals. My partner sometimes reminds me of how far we have come and that change is happening but it's hard to rejoice when there are still animals suffering every second of every day.
Anyhoo, thanks for being at the end of my random search. Thank God for Animals Australia and the like! xx
