I'm kind of a newbie to this. I've been a vegetarian who occasionally eats fish for many years. I hate the word pescatarian. I was shocked and horrified to find out recently that a lot of sweets, and chewing gums are made from gelatin, which is a disgusting mixture of boiled up bones and other types of animal flesh. One of my missions now is to acquire a list of companies; sweets and other things too, who do not use gelatin in their products. It will probably take me a while to compile this list. Due to various health concerns, I am very much a stay at home person. My interests include, reading, a little writing, knitting, crafts.
