Two books that changed my life Eating Animals and The China Study.

I have been a vegetarian now for around 3 years and have been making the transition into vegan for about 18 months, now with the birth of my son - he inspires me to go 100% vegan because i know it's best for his health and I want to raise him with great eating habits.

I understand it can be challenging to change something so fundamental to us at a knee jerk reaction - I did this after reading eating animals, to vegetarian... but to go vegan has taken some time.

Sometimes I am disappointed in myself that I do not or can not do more, because I always feel we can do more.. and should do more.

With the right support and people around us, I feel we can do anything. I am so thankful to Animals Australia when I walk past the eggs area and know that they are making a difference, more every day people are saying, no - I don't want to contribute to that... it's pretty cool.
