My name is Leah and i'm dissapointed with myself...
From the age of thirteen untill fifteen I was a vegetarian and then I met Nathan, my boyfriend, whos probably the biggest meat eater I know, it was hard for his family to accomadate with my choice, but that no excuse for giving up I hadn't been on here for a very long time, I found an email and decided I had better have a look at it again.

All my dreams are still the same a want to be a chef, with a restaurant that has a variety of vegan and vegetarian foods and anything containing meat or animal products (eggs, milk, cheese etc.)  would be 100% free range, however that's alot harder than I imagined considering that I live in a small town with no apprenticeships available at this time  

I WILL GO VEGETARIAN (maybe even vegan) AGAIN!
Allthough a chef at the place where I work at the moment told me it would be incredibly hard considring chefs  have to taste their food...
