Hey dudes.

I'm a vegan from the beautiful Central Coast of NSW. I've been vegetarian for about 6 years, but took the plunge and went vegan at the beginning of this year (2013). It's been quite a ride. An enjoyable one. It has been way more emotional than I thought it would be, and has really touched me very deeply.

I am a vegan for ethical reasons. When I look into an animals eyes, I see a friend, a soul, a spirit. Though, over the course of my journey I have also found out a great deal about the health benefits that accompany being vegan. And not to mention the environmental benefits!

I'm a student of Natural Medicine and I would love to explore the benefits of a vegan diet for our health. I hope to be able to spread the message as a professional.
