I live in Melbourne with my three cats Ned, Ringo and Squirrel.

I also live with two other humans. I am a Nanny by trade. I have a wonderful group of friends and an amazing and amazingly big family (there's ten of us). I have an extremely loving, caring and understanding boyfriend.

I grew up on a farm. I have always cared about animals. My sister told me that when I was a baby I would be found a lot cuddling the cats and if someone took them away I would cry. I remember pretending I was a cat and eating dry cat food out of the bowl with them. Hahaha. When I was sad I would always go to our family dog to have a cry and let her kiss my tears away. As I've gotten older my fondness and love for animals has just grown stronger and louder. I have a definite affinity for cats. We are kindred spirits. But I love all animals. I just think they are so special.

My dream is to one day be living on a piece of land, pref near the ocean with lots of beautiful animals and a fantastic garden and be pretty much self sufficient. It's also my boyfriends dream, which is handy.

Until then, I potter away in my tiny inner suburban garden, daydreaming a lot.
