I have posted before about how Animal Angles sanctuary needs help but not that many people donated so I guess I'll post again.
They are now in a crisis stage and the owner might not be able to actually run the sanctuary any more (which is also a problem seeing as she lives on the property). They really need the money as soon as possible and anything will help. If just 50 members on this site even just donated something as small as $10 then it would make a huge difference.
So please try your best to help out! Any donation will help in the long run. They are a lovely sanctuary and the animals deserve to keep their home.
I've seen this before, I haven't donated. I'm unsure what the benefit in the long run will be. The donations have always been stated as to keep the sanctuary going until the end of the year which was put up months ago, yet since then I haven't seen anything in regards to long term future plans if they do make it to the end of 2014.
Is there any futher info on this? And sadly, if she cannot afford to keep them they will need to be rehomed, it is unfair on the animals and I'm sure an overwhelming stress for the woman who owns the sanctuary.
i have actually visited the sanctuary before and stayed overnight and im friends with the owner.
at the moment, her main focus is to just keep it going so that the animals can have the best future possible. i think that it's hard to plan for the future if there's a chance of there being no future at all.
if you don't want to donate, then that's cool but i know the owner and i can assure you that she's trying her absolute best to help out animals and contribute as much. (and yes, she's a vegan as well if anyones wondering)
it would be devastating to see a sanctuary have to close down cause of financial issues though. i wish that being a sanctuary owner could get people some form of centrelink bonus or something.
