would you rather put animal down or let it go threw misery

latest news states that a truck was transporting live export and it rolled over with about 200 pigs in it a lot of pigs dyed instantly but most got away and now they have to put 70 down

its so sad
what would you do?

i don't know.
but it would probably be better to put it down unless you have got something to help it with.
live export is horrible anyway
