They are declining also because of all the shopping malls and estates popping up everywhere and the Kangaroos are also being culled for residents and customers and hundreds of them are road kill every single day.

I know because I see it with my own eyes where I live.

I'm so passionate about this. What the government is doing and the lies it spreads about our kangaroos is disgusting. It's the biggest land wildlife slaughter in the world...that's nothing to be proud of. Kangaroo numbers have dropped dramatically.
I've written a letter to adidas and I've signed the petition.

Just like the passenger pigeon, it was hunted because there were an estimated 3-5 billion in existence. The passenger pigeon is now extinct. I don't see how the kangaroo is immune from being wiped out! Thanks for signing anyway

Yes. i know someone who is employed to go cull them.
they do it weekly.
Animals are hunted to extinction because we assume they will never "run out".

Don't use Kangaroos, use cows! Both disgust me of course...
