I have satay flavoured tofu patties when my family have hamburgers. They are really yummy when they are cooked right. Don't over cook them though because the outer layer becomes really tough.
When I was vegetarian I lived on pasta! I don't know how I did it!
If you can, buy some cookbooks. My all time favourite is Recipes for Health & Happiness by Amanda Quinn. Easy recipes, including brekkie, lunch, dinner and dessert and including things like lasange, stews, curries, all types of salads, cakes etc.
If your too busy to cook, woolies have a delicous vegetarian pasta sauce. All you have to do is heat it up. It's next to the tofu in the refridgerator section.

Ooh, I've seen that one, just haven't tried it! Is it vegetarian or vegan?
Also, there's alot of veg pasta sauces in the supermarket that just need heating like Five Brothers, Dolmio etc. Just need to read labels to make sure veg friendly
