Subway recently (about 2 weeks) changed their veggie patty to like the one they use in New Zealand. Good news is it is still vegan. Check here for subway info from the 20th of Nov:
This new patty has a lot better texture. I have them a few times a week (previous version and now the current version). I like them both but people are saying the new one is much better; texture.
