I have had nearly 4000 people sign this petition in one week, and it has featured in the online Melbourne Leader news and local radio. I started the petition when I discovered the Collingwood Childrens Farm in Melbourne were basically an after hours slaughter house. I didn't realize the petition would also start provoking the question to meat eaters that if it upset them and their children to now know of what happened on the farm so much that they wouldn't wish to return to the farm and pay to see the animals, then why were they eating it in the first place. In this way it has served a dual purpose, which is more fuel for my petition to save these animals and turn this farm into a sanctuary.
