Welcome to the forum!
Australia Vegan is a good place to start - see http://www.veganaustralia.org.au/getting_started
and they're on Facebook at  https://www.facebook.com/VeganAustralia/

No meat, dairy (milk, cheese etc), eggs or anything from animals. There's a lot of added stuff in processed foods that come from animals so that's out too.

Nowadays it's easy to change to vegan alternatives - like milk or even meat. So remember you're not just avoiding certain things but changing to eat alternatives - we all have to eat something!

If you're only 15 and still iiving with your parents, it is best to talk to them as they need to know and buy vegan food. They will know if you change to being vegan.

There's even a Teen Vegan website etc at http://www.teenvgn.com/

I realise you posted this a while ago, but perhaps if you still don't want to tell your parents you wish to change your diet to veganism, tell them you would like to change to vegetarianism first? start from there. Then you can go shopping with your parents and while finding new foods to eat, check the ingredients list at the back.
There are a lot of 'vegan cheat sheets' which have a list of foods which are often referred to 'accidentally vegan'. Honestly, it's super simple ^_^ you just need to do a research. e.g. to see if milo bars are vegan, google "are milo bars vegan" online and you can generally find your answer (which is no - sorry cry )
