There are so many things that I completely avoid eating because I don't know what type of glucose / gelatin or "flavors" are in them.
How do we suppose we go about this problem
There's an app you can get on iphone called Is It Vegan? where you can scan the barcode of foods and it will tell you if it's vegan, and what ingredients are not vegan if it's not. other than reading and researching every ingredient that's the easiest imo
