Sorry if this has been answered before, but I can't seem to find it.
Anyway, as an athlete I'm trying to up my protein intake. I generally eat quite a lot of protein in my three main meals, but would like a bit extra in my snacks. I'm not quite hitting my macro targets at the moment. I'm also pretty time-poor so I would rather buy pre-made snacks.
Any ideas? I'm close to both Woolworths and Foodland.
