Before you do anything rash contact some "older heads" about activism and it's consequences.

You cann 't do a lot instead a prison (nowadays it's deemed "domestic terrorism").

I think that there are so many different approaches needed to make a difference. I think there is a protest approach, an outreach approach but then also i think there needs to be a physical resistance approach.
I think all of the different ways help and contribute to eachother.
But is there any best way?

There is no best way - both approaches are needed.
