Hi There,
I just became a Vegetarian yesterday & finding it a challenge on knowing what i can and can't eat. I am also wanting to go vegan as much as i can. I was just wanting to know if u can list foods that are Vegetarian/ Vegan eg: are soft drinks o.k to have, chocolate, chips, beef noodles/chicken flav, weetbix, things like that. Any advice would be most helpful, also is seafood of limits?
