Ive been flip flopping trying to stick to a vegan lifestyle. I get put off when looking for meal ideas and see too extreme healthy recipes which are unattainable for me - what should I do?
Also,
I was trying to defend my position once and someone told me that in Aus we don't hurt animals and I was guessing that wasn't true but I know a lot of things I see might be from os or maybe thats my interpretation. Animal cruelty here too? Wht sort? Are there laws against it?
Did anyone else find themselves stuck in the I must be the healthiest vegan eating whole foods and getting all my nutrients all the time otherwise I can't be vegan hole at any point? thats where I am and I can't get out!
Please help I can't eat meat but Im currently not happy eating vegan.
