Vegan Cookbooks

Hi, I am just new to this forum so am not sure if there is an option to search existing posts but I'm after Vegan cookbooks that have easy recipies including a photo for each dish. I find it much more inspiring cooking something when I can see what it is meant to look like (and I know if I've cooked it correctly or not!).

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated happy

Up above the "post a reply" button it says "search". Left click on that and you'll be taken to a google search bar limited to the forum. Easy peezy!
