Hey all.

....I would like to hear a story,
about you.

    What you believe in?
                                                                         What you love?
 What you despise?
                                                   What you hope for?
                                                                                         What you wished you had?
                   Where you want to go?
                                                          Where you've been?

Share your thoughts and past stories; emotions, acts, memories.
It can be anything out of everything, that you'd like to share.

Goals.            Regrets.          Favourite pass times.

Anything.

Why you hate mowing the lawn? =)

Whatever you'd like to share...

I'd love to read it....

What you believe in?    I believe in the abolitionist approach, I believe that women can do more than we are taught to think we can do, I believe one person can change the world, I believe in the Universe and the physics that control the universe (thats about as religious as I get), I believe in helping yourself so you can help others, I believe that you can have just about anything you want in life as long as you want it bad enough.

What you love?     I love being Vegan, business, all life, natural beauty, islands, living and being alive, the universe, history, ocean life and reefs, cars and anything with an engine, sunsets, my friends and being Australian.

What you despise? I despise dodgy business people, animal testing, people who are selfish and corrupt police.

What you hope for? I hope that we are the revolution, the biggest movement of the century, that we abolish meat eating on a large scale, we establish morals in society that treats women, and animals with absolute respect.

What you wished you had? I wish I had a billion dollars. Money is power and I would change everything that I could for the better. pay labs to create mock meats that taste/look/smell identical to the real thing with the money to eliminate the need for true meat. Feed the world. Provide competition in markets where unfair corporate monopolies exists. Start heaps of animal sanctuaries to replace zoos. the list goes on i mean its a billion dollars!

Where you want to go? The Moon or at least into orbit.

Where you've been? NZ, Vanuatu, Hawaii.

Current Short term goals.     To help the people especially the women of Vanuatu, educate  all people on Veganism, justify my existence. Learn to Freedive properly. Rescue and release 100 live lobsters from the markets. Produce a short video for youtube about how to get active for the animals in Australia.

Regrets: very few, except obviously not being born a vegan or at least with the knowledge I have now.

Favourite pass times.  Ahh I like everything! see profile lol

Why you hate mowing the lawn?  I dont like mowing the lawn cause our mower is like a 747 and hurts my ears lol. Also I feel bad like I might be chopping up lizards or something haha, maybe i just hate mowing lol

Hahaha, that wasn't a serious question. I only actually put that in as an example. Solely because I hate mowing the lawn. Our lawn mower has it in for me.

What you believe in? Not much as I always get let down... but I'm starting to believe in things again - like people. After getting to know some people here (as much as one can over the internets anyway haha) it's given me hope that there are honest caring people out there!

What you love? my b/f, my furry children, cheesecake, rum balls (hic!)

What you despise? animal testing >__> f**kers

What you hope for? a cruelty free world who believes in looking after mother nature

What you wished you had? Several acres in Tassie to have my own farm sanctuary (it's a dream that WILL one day become a reality)

Where you want to go? USA - I've heard they have good vegan goodies!

Where you've been? Italy, France, Spain.

Regrets: Not saying good bye to my Grandad properly before he passed. This has taught me not to let any second slip with loved ones.

Fav Pass Time: Baking. Chilling on Unleashed or Facebook.

What you believe in?   I believe only we can ourselves can better & change our lives. That having passion in your life, gives you the passion to live life to the fullest. That being vegan is the only true way out of the dire situation animals are in.

What you love?   Being vegan! i'm completely in love with all kinds of animals, especially my kitty friend Beep. getting out of the house and making the most of everyday, the ocean, nature & living completely surrounded by it. Making art & enjoying others art. Tattoos & body modification. being happy.

What you despise? Ignorance, people who know & understand the reasons to go veg, but refuse to on purely selfish reasons. Dishonesty, animal testing & those who think animals are beneath us, the abuse of animals in every form.

What you hope for? That in my lifetime i get to see a change in society with the way they view animals & in effect, the complete end of meat eating. World leaders will stop pretending it isn't happening, and actually start doing something to prevent climate change from getting any worse. Far, FAR harsher sentences on those who abuse animals. So many more.

What you wished you had? Power and the ability to make myself & others working for the same cause, actually be heard by society. & lots of money to take an instant effect on different issues, mainly inc animal liberation.

Where you want to go?  Everywhere! Do the usual worldwide traveling thing

Where you've been? Outside Aus, only New Zealand so far. But it was an amazing trip!

Current Short term goals.   Move to Brisbane. organise tattoo apprenticeship once settled. get my sleeves completely done. Foster some animals, do more activism. do my wildlife carer courses.

Regrets: I don't like regrets. Waste of energy worrying about things you can't change, better to look at how you'll do things differently because of it. If anything, like Lauren, not being born vegan.

Favourite pass times.  Drawing, painting, playing with Beep, internet, watching television shows (DVD, i haaate television) gaming, surfing, adventuring through the national park  & partying, among a long list of other fun things!

Why you hate mowing the lawn? I don't hate mowing the lawn at all! I don't love it, but i do enjoy feeling so accomplished at the end of it, esp when you stand back and see how big the yards are. Sucks picking up all the sticks & pegs before hand tho =P

I believe being a hippie, peace & love
I love my friends and family
I despise many things, everyone has their differences
I really want things to turn great for me, somewhere life is good and i want it to be here
I wish i had better judgement
Visit my friends in different countries...or the ones i've been torn from
Around australia, canada/usa..many places
Just thinking about how much i hate Christmas & Holidays; bah humbug
Those moments where i wish i could go back in time & change something
When i was younger, and didnt take life hard
I wish to become a stronger and stable person.
When i said goodbye to the one i love.

Passtimes: Eating out of the fridge or reading a book...
Why i hate mowing the lawn? Because its more amusing when you cut it with scissors.

What you believe in? us. wink

What you love? Seeing close family after being away for ages, crazy nights with friends, curling up with my dog and watching a really good doco, the feeling of reckless abandonment while playing rugby, getting totally lost.

What you despise? Lots of things haha. Most of all though, people altering their ethics and morals to fit the status quo. People not willing to take a stand and step out, but rather fall into line with the rest of society. Not the best society to fall into line with at the moment in my opinion.

What you hope for? A Bill of (Animal) Rights!

What you wished you had? More time.

Where you want to go? Everywhere! Planning my gap year trip at the moment... but to pick out a few... I'd love to go back to where I grew up; South Africa. I also seem to have this complete fascination with Israel at the moment.

Where you've been? Nowhere amazing; South Africa, NZ, USA, Canada.

Goals? Getting through VCE, getting at least my half sleeve and a few other tattoos done by the end of 2010. Later on: finding something which I really love doing, which also makes a difference. oh, and getting sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeved. happy

Regrets? I suppose not getting active for the animals sooner. It took me about a year after going vegan to decide to get active, so I suppose not getting that confidence barrier broken down earlier was one.

Favourite pass times? rugby rugby rugby

Anything. "You will still be here tomorrow, but your dreams may not." I'm in a Cat Stevens kind of mood. happy

Why you hate mowing the lawn? Because still, at the age of 17, I can't start the fooooooocking thing.

what i believe in: I believe that it only takes one, and that every person has the potential to be one, they've just got to truely want it and go for it, I believe in a very long explanation about afterlife, I believe maic and miracle happen everyday, I believe that there is not jus one meaning of life and that we're each here for a different reason,  I believe we are forever being watched and jugded, I believe nothin is as hard or simple as we asume and I believe that we all have something we believe in and want that we would never tell anyone.
what i love: I aven't figured out what i love yet, there are a lot of things i like,  lot i strongly like but i don't know about love.
what i despise: over the top fangirls, people who think they eserve everything because they want it, people who get privilage becuse of tere parents and don't acknowlde that it was because of the parents, how the majority of people cant see point of views other then there own (I don't intend to be mean but a mjority of people on this site seem to be these people (seems to be a very rare trait people have that can see other sides), it's not that i depise the people like that (they do annoy me at times) it's more the fact of it that i despise), people who constantly talk in chatspeak a then claim to be top of their grade in engllish, spiders, people who start a conversation with you but don't ask a question or say anything worth responding to.
what i hope for: that people will start waking up and start by changing themselves.
what i wished i had: Happiness. simple answer, complicated meaning very hard to get.
where i want to go: most of the world, mainly european countries.
where i have been: in side australia, way to many cities/towns, statewise all the eastern states, outside of australia just america and new zealand.

my goals: I have hundreds of goals so instead of listing them all i'll somply put: To be someone of importance, and to make dramatic changes to a lot of things.
regrets: I don't really have regrets, If nything my only wuld be that when i was dealing with a ver hard death i spent a year grieving by pretty much doing nothing.i hve things i wish i had done differently, tings i wish i could change, things i wish i'd known. I have past wishes, not regrets.
my favorite past times: I have things i often do that i enjoy like writing, singing, photograhing but when i think back to my favourite time I just remember sitting in the grass in my backyard, next to my dog, patting him, looking at him, saying very few words, it was mainly silent but i did talk to him, I can't rememberwhat i said, i know i didn't say it , i was in denial about admitting it to myself but we knew that we didn't have forever together. A couple days later he died of cancer, i will always know the exct spot where we we're together and at times i still feel like he's there, o just being in that spot doin watever has now become a favourite pas time for me.

I don't hate mowing the lawn, I'd just prefer not and lucily for me it's always been that way, we just have a gardener instead. I've never even touched a mower.
