Ingredients/Utensils:
1 REALLY large coffee mug!
4 Tbs flour
4 Tbs sugar
2 Tbs cocoa
egg replacer for 1 eg [EDIT]
3 Tbs soy milk
3 Tbs oil
A small splash of vanilla essence
3 Tbs chocolate chips (optional)
Method:
Add dry ingredients to your largest mug and mix well. Add the egg replacement and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the choc chips (if using), vanilla essence, then mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes on High.
The cake will rise over the top of the mug but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
Yeah, well the recipe was originally non vegan so I just converted 1 egg into 1/4 egg replacement because (well, according to yahoo questions) 1 egg converts to that amount. I actually used an egg because we didn't have any replacer. If you feel it's too much just don't use that much. I halved some of my ingredients because I was the only one eating it and it turned out fine.
