Gardein made me sick

Hi everyone

I'm kind of new to this way of eating, I stopped eating meat cold turkey (no pun intended) after watching a documentary about the way animals were treated in May 2016. I knew in the back of my mind how bad it was but finally forced myself to watch with my own eyes and I stopped eating meat that very day ( and here I though I had no willpower). Anyways recently I have been craving a burger so badly so last week I decided to try the Gardein Beefless Burger patties. That night I had stomach cramps and well you know what follows that. Not good. I thought maybe it was something else I ate so I tried it again tonight...Needless to say it made me sick again. I'm disappointed because they tasted so good! Has anyone else had this kind of reaction? Maybe its just my sensitive stomach.. Can anyone else recommend another brand? Its not something I would eat very often but its good for those times when I need a good burger!

Thanks!

Lots of ingridients - https://gardein.com/products/beefless-burger/
water, soy protein concentrate*, vital wheat gluten*, expeller pressed canola oil*, onions, soy protein isolate*, methylcellulose, yeast extract, onion powder, malted barley extract, garlic powder, dehydrated garlic, organic cane sugar, natural flavor (from plant sources), organic ancient grain flour (KAMUT® khorasan wheat, amaranth, millet, quinoa), sea salt, potato starch, spices (contain celery seeds), white distilled vinegar, natural smoke flavor, spice extracts, pea protein, carrot fiber, beetroot fiber, molasses, wheat starch, soy lecithin.

I had some minor stomach upsets with going vegan. I'd suggest trying another brand and see what happens. Could be the wheat.
