Foodland in Norwood has probably the best range of vegan products I've ever seen in a non-vegan store (and possibly even including vegan stores).
They seem to have the full range of tofutti products (including most of their ice-creams/desserts). They have most of the redwood faux meat products, as well as most cheezly flavours... plus lots of other stuff
I was really impressed that they placed all the vegan products on the shelves as their respective non-vegan products (eg. tofutti cream cheese in the cream cheese section; cheezly in the cheese section). This makes it a bit harder to find everything, but also means these products seem more mainstream/normal... which they should be.
Ringwood East IGA had a really good selection of "health food" products last time I was there, which included vegan products. They have a whole wall of food for vegans & people with food intolerances, it's pretty cool.

I have been looking everywhere for Toffoti Ice Cream next time I have a bit of time I'm going to travel up there. So excited
