Hey everyone, loving this site so far. Never have I seen somewhere where so many people can gather to talk about activism. I am bringing back a kitten that me and my partner rescued in Asia earlier this year, and after getting all of the paperwork in order we realized that we do not have an airline approved pet carrier. I took a look online but there are just so many choices, and all of the reviews are exactly the same.

Has anyone ever had to transport a pet, specifically a cat, from country to country on an airplane?  I am looking for any tips on what to get regarding size, material, what is inside the carrier etc etc. Anyone who has something to add, please chime in happy

When I got home from work yesterday my boyfriend surprised me with mountains of work that he had done looking for our carrier. He found some good ones to get, where to get them and how much to pay for them. He even found some used ones on http://www.used.forsale/airline-pet-carrier that we could look at depending on how much we are able to spend. I love that man (almost as much as I love the cat!).
