And yeah pretty badly soy tasting EXCEPT for Soy Milky by Vitasoy!
Just wanted to get this out there to save others time and money. Its so nice to have a chocolate milk or cereal and feel guilt free! I am also slowly introducing it to my two boys, adding it to the cows milk, haha well it works!
Does anyone have any other tips or favourites they recommend?
Lots of vegan websites for tips - Coles & Woolies have an online list. If you're going to soya milk 100% just make sure it has B12 and extra calcium - if you're not getting them elsewhere.
Almond Breeze is the best tasting almond milk (In my opinion), and Nuttelex (coconut oil and Buttery) is amazing as a butter substitute. Oreos, arnotts raspberry shortcakes, sourpatch kids lollies and most sea salt/original chips are accidentally vegan. The So Good dairy free ice cream tubs are to die for, and mashed bananas make a good substitute for eggs when baking.
You can probably tell that I'm a bad influence with all the junk, but you'll thank me when you're craving something sugary
Nice Cream is to die for. Simply peel and dice up 2 bananas and freeze overnight. Pop them into a food processor or blender add a dash of almond milk and blend. add cacao powder for choc or vanilla bean paste for vanilla but you can also add other fruits to make whichever flavour you want. Possibilities are endless and delisious
