Today, i was talking to my group about why i chose to become vegetarian, and my best friend (ironically, it was the one who was angry at me..) to "try out" being a vegetarian for a month, she said yes!!!
One of my other friends said she is going to try out the "vegetarian" option where you dont eat the red meats, but have the whites.

I hope they choose to stick with it and like the first reply says, you should make them some DELICIOUS vegan foods perhaps for a party or even just lunch one day to show them that vegan or even vegetarian foods aren't boring and bland- they're actually good, if not better, than their non-vegan versions, things like little cupcakes or cookies should do the trick... (:
