Go Gen Y!

I second what Keith said. As a 34 year old, I sometimes feel a little out of my depth here, but the over-riding feeling is the hope I get from knowing there are so many Gen Y's questioning the norms of the Gen X's and all those before them.

I struggle in my circle of aquaintances to be understood and respected for my views, so when it gets me down, I come in here and feel a little less alone.

So, thank you to all of you and especially the Gen Y's who will make a significant difference to the world.

It's the job of all new generations to question the previous generations 'norm' It's how we evolve.
