Vegan "nutella" recipe!

I just made some...it's not too bad ecstatic

Ingredients:

1.5 cups hazelnuts
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup cocoa
3/4 cup sugar
3-4 tbl spoons vegetable oil
3 tbl spoon soy milk

In a food processor, blend hazelnuts until 'creamy'. Add all other ingredients, processes for 1-2 minutes and voila! Enjoy the hazelnutty goodness.

You can add extra/minus soy milk, vanilla, sugar, cocoa depending on your dietary needs & taste preferences.

I just use the sweet william chocolate spread as a nutella substitute, it tastes pretty damn similar, only it actually contains no nuts..
I wonder how adding soy milk to it would go.

Ooh i might try that. But yeah, the best thing about this recipe is it contains nuts. I don't like eating hazelnuts raw

Sweet happy. Gotta travel an hour to the nearest Woolies though. Hopefully IGA has some!

i love that sweet williams stuff it taste like it has nuts in it , they have 'chocolate' bars too try that brand its better than carob
