Hey guys!
The last session of leafleting was fantastic! We got out 2,000 leaflets, thanks to the 9-person-strong Unleashed Street Team. So thanks to everyone who came out!
With getting out 2,000 leaflets, and the hope that a minimum of 1% of the people who get a leaflet will actually read it - and adjust their lifestyle - it's easy to see why leafleting is such a big part of what the Street Team is, and why we like to have at least one session per week.
According to my calculator, that's another 20 vegetarians in this world, or another 2,000 lives saved every year from now.
So here's the deets for this week:
When: Saturday, 17th of April
Time: 10:55am – 1pm
Meet: Flinders Street Station, by Lord of the Fries
Leafleting makes a massive difference, and it's all the more effective if you guys can make it. One more person means (on a good day) another 500 leaflets distributed. If only 1% take notice of them, and go vegetarian, that's another 5 vegetarians in the world all because of you, and another 500 lives saved every year!!
Sedgewick will be there too, so a few laughs are also guaranteed. Having fun while saving lives. Can you beat that? The answer my Unleashed comrades is 'no.'
