Yes, of course its on again this week!

Here are the deets:

When: Saturday, 20th of April
Time: 10:55am – 1pm
Meet: Outside Flinders Street Station, by Lord of the Fries

Leafleting makes a massive difference, and it's all the more effective if you guys can make it. One more person means (on a good day) another 500 leaflets distributed. If only 1% take notice of them, and go vegetarian, that's another 5 vegetarians in the world all because of you, and another 500 lives saved every year!!

As always, we'll bring all the gear, so just come along and wear an unleashed shirt if ones in your posession. We'll probably drop into Crossways for a delicious vegan lunch afterwoulds, too.
And we always need someone for the suit! Does helping animals get easier/more fun than posing for photos with tourists and hi-fiving passe-by-ers? My answer: no happy

More info on Sedgewick, and why he kicks ass for the animals:

Cya guys there,

Matt + Rochelle happy happy

Is it hard handing out the fliers? I'm not the most outgoing person. tongue

no its not hard at all unless you try and give it to the hardcore animal killers, i tried giving one to a guy wearing everything leather and he juat gave me the dirtiest look

haha, don't worry about it.

before i went leafleting for the first time, i really was a nervous wreck.

but really, 99.5% of the time it's just a story of saying "Help abused animals? Thanks", while holding out a leaflet.

For the other 0.5% of the time, it will just be a question about the issues - which i'm sure you'll know how to answer. happy and if not, there is always someone within 10 metres who does. happy

Hello beautiful people!

WOO! I'm v v v excited now, hopefully another epic day!
Some updates for Saturday:

->If we have a confirmed 5 people (including Yates and myself), Sedgewick will be comming along.

->On the day we will also be doing petitioning outside the Hi-Fi for about 10-30mins, grabbing the emails of all the kids lining up for entry. If its a great turnout, we will prolly divide into 2 teams (just for a little bit) so one group can go and petition while the other stays and leaflets.

->If you want to stay for lunch afterwoulds and hear about future events/ voice your opinion, bring $5 for Crossways... which is very nomnom and reasonably healthy.

->NOTE IF YOU ARE CATCHING PUBLIC TRANSPORT: That Public Holiday timetables MAY be in use for trains/trams/buses... so make sure to double check happy

See you there folks!
