Dr Miller's comparative scientific analysis suggests otherwise. He compared the traits of Herbies, Omnis and Carnivores and found that humans are NOT designed to eat meat.
I laughed at out at the bit of the chart where it says under Omni "swallows food whole and/or simple crushing". It just sounds so caveman!
I'm not sure but I would try to find out if I didnt have 60 hours of missed property law lectures to catch up on...Yuck.
I am pretty sure that 99% of the Omnis that have ever said the line to me "Humans were meant to eat animals" were not very focused on using scientifically agreed upon data, and they were more saying it because thats what everyone grows up believing, because school, parents and TV said so.

That's probably true-
I just hate when people say "we were meant to eat meat" or "it's natural to eat meat"
I mean, seriously?
If it's so natural, eat it raw straight from the carcass coz I don't see many lions cooking their meat before they eat it...
bahaha. I just imaged all these lions sitting around a campfire roasting a zebra
Also, what makes us human and animals animals is our higher thought process and our sense of ethics/compassion. Our minds are complex enough to understand the pain and cruelty that comes with taking lives for food...
AND also while in the animal kingdom there is a food chain, humans are not natural predators and should not therefore "be at the top of the food chain"
without weapons and human made factory farms humans cannot catch animals for food without any artificial help. On the other hand, you can logically look at a lion eating a zebra because a lion is naturally equipped to catch and eat one...
there are so many studies out there... you can basicly find one to back just about anything you have to say.
Not saying I don't agree with this, just except people to find studies to say the opposite. I'm sure we have all seen that stupid ad saying we need to eat red meat to make our brains grow. You know the one with the monkey... *rolls eyes*
