I don't think I'd be able to date a carnivore for a long term relationship. Even being with a vegetarian i think would be a little difficult. But then I've never tried

hah, thanks you guys..i just realised there were 10 people xD but unfortunatly 3 of them are omni again..=[

the first person i turned was my ex, that wasnt hard at all and hes planning on going vegan when he can.
the second was my current boyfriend but then best friend. that was a bit harder because he was quite pro meat when i met him..but now hes gone vegan =]
third was a guy i now hate lol..my friend turned him veg once then when i was better friends i turned him again but now hes omni again.
fourth was a guy i was friends with but now also hate..he watch earthlings with me and yeah, he gave it a go for a few months but then we had a big fight and said he needed meat again.
fifth was a friend who i talked to about it for health reasons, she saw how upset i used to get about it too so she did it for me..but that also went down the drain..after a few months she went back.
sixth was a team effort with my boyfriend and i..this new guy had a hangover and asked me if i knew how to get rid of them im like well ive never had a hangover..and i chalk it down to being vegan, so he decided to go vego and my boyfriend and i later showed him earthlings to encourage him to stay veg. he wants to go vegan when he moves out.
seventh was my best friend..shed always been an omni but after coming to vist me from nsw she was asking alot about it, i talked to her about it a fair bit and then she told me she wanted to go vegan..and she is!
eighth and ninth were two brothers that were friends of that new guy i turned..my boyfriend and i talked to them about it alot and then we invited them over to watch earthlings, then they decided to go veg, they wantred to go vegan almost straight after but theyre dad will kick them out if they do >.< so theyre going to when they move out.
tenth was a guy over the internet, i talked to him about it a bit, but it wasnt all my doing. he had been thinking about the health reasons and such and with a bit of a push from me and some good recipies (lol) hes gone vegan

im hoping the numbers will increase xD

I don't know how you do it VF! Even just trying to convert my partner is hard enough!!!

lol, ive been told that when i get close to someone i have a way of touching their soul..not exactly in those words but..yeah you get what i mean lol.

i dunno, im just..honest about it..not mean honest but, just honest. people have told me i can be too upfront about it sometimes but whatever ive been doing it works you know.

i think its just cause imr eally emotional and people see that and think about it themselves you know. i dunno haha now im just ranting >.<

Personally I don't think I could be in a long term intimate relationship with a non-vegan. The same way I couldn't be extremely close to a racist or homophobic person. Sure, I know people who don't believe in gay marriage and they're nice, but there's always going to be a level or awkwardness, lack of understanding.
