That's life! magazine article on puppy farming

i saw today at work on the front cover of that's life! magazine an article about puppy farm shame, so i bought it to read the article. it's only 2.95 for the magazine.
in the article was a petition link that the RSPCA has set up to close down puppy farms, 11,000 or so signatures so far which is amazing. maybe if as many people could sign it as possible it could make a real difference? considering this article is in a widespread magazine on the front cover alot of people hopefully will sign and get the message across.
