Does anyone here know someone who can make awesome vegan cup cakes??

In April of this year, myself and my partner in ATAAC Andrew Glover headed over to India to film a feature length documentary about the state of animal welfare in India alongside the fantastic iCandy Productions. From street dogs and cats, to ex-dancing bears, to the plight of Indian leopards and the working horses and donkeys, we decided the best way to help these animals was to document the conditions and show it to the youth of Australia.

Anyway the point of my writing is that we are having the screenings in two weeks and fundraising on the night to build a leopard sanctuary for Wildlife SOS.

We are looking for someone to make delicious vegan cupcakes for us to sell on the night to show people how scrumptious vegan cooking can be! We will cover the costs of making the cupcakes and give you a free ticket for your troubles happy

They have to taste great because there will be a lot of people there that have never eaten a vegan cupcake so we want to show them we're all not missing out on anything!

OMFG Chef Chloe's cupcakes are THE BEST!
Every non-vegan I fed them to prefers them more then any other cupcake they've ever had.
Here's the link and just scroll down until you see her chocolate/coconut cream/strawberry cupcakes (yes I'm baking some right now for a friend).

They're called "chocolate strawberry shortcake cupcakes" and I use my hand to do the batter as I don't have an electric mixer.

Oh my goodness Brendan that blog is full of the most amazing food i've ever seen! I can't wait to get into the kitchen and cook a few of these recipes up.

LOL, all good!
You should definitely give her avocado pasta a go then.
It's simple to make and it's REALLY delicious. You MUST use pine nuts otherwise it's too heavy (they're in the recipe but the first time I didn't use them) and you can't finish the bowl.
Have fun!

P.S I watched her on "Cupcake Wars" she was so much better then the omni's. Even the judges were surprised at how good she was.
