Hey people,

The best breakfast, lunch and dinner is FREE STYLE VEGGIES

Basically you choose any veggies that you like

for example; capsicum, cucumber, lettuce etc

1. Heat the pan with vegetable oil or olive oil.
2. Cut the onions, garlic's and your own choice of vegetables into small pieces.
3. Once the oil is hot you can put the onions and the garlic in.
4. Stir it around for 1minute
5. Add all your favorites veggies onto the pan and stir it around

for more taste pinch abit of salt and black pepper

then BOOM

You have a nice healthy food =D

whats awesome is that you can always change around that basic recipe according to the fridge contents wink

some other possible additions to 'free style veggies':
-udon/rice noodles (cooked first)
-tamarin or soy sauce
-sesame seeds
-dried shallots
-cracked pepper

yum.

ahhhhhh
so i come home from work today at 1pm
and as the only one home i do a pantry-raid, looking for lunch, lol.

anyway i remembered free style veggies, which made we very happy, so I brought out the wok and heated about 1/4 cup of peanut oil, and added some of the vegetables in the fridge (broccoli, carrot, lettuce, bok choy and spring onions), with a handful of rice noodles.
I then added a tablespoon of cornflour (to thicken) and about 3-4 tablespoons of sesame seeds (love that stuff).
It was soooo yum! which was suprising for something that only took about 7 mins to make.

Free style veggies all the way (Y)
