ahhhhhh
so i come home from work today at 1pm
and as the only one home i do a pantry-raid, looking for lunch, lol.
anyway i remembered free style veggies, which made we very happy, so I brought out the wok and heated about 1/4 cup of peanut oil, and added some of the vegetables in the fridge (broccoli, carrot, lettuce, bok choy and spring onions), with a handful of rice noodles.
I then added a tablespoon of cornflour (to thicken) and about 3-4 tablespoons of sesame seeds (love that stuff).
It was soooo yum! which was suprising for something that only took about 7 mins to make.
